Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted only if:
Products arrive damaged or defective.
The wrong item, brand, or dosage is delivered.
The product does not match the order description.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or unsealed items.
How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the items back. Refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation that conditions are met.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Partial refunds may apply if only part of the order is returned.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery (subject to the above return conditions).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Items returned beyond 30 days.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
